Greencastle (WIBQ/WTWO)-A Greencastle man is in jail... facing reckless homicide charges.
The Greencastle Banner-Graphic reports 39-year-old Matthew Buis was charged in the death of Clifford Hulse.
The incident reportedly took place Tuesday at Van Bibber Lake... northwest of Greencastle.
The Putnam county sheriff's department has not released any information regarding the incident.
