TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WIBQ) - A West Terre Haute teen is back in court on charges of stealing from a church.
Derick Franklin was one of four arrested by West Terre Haute police.
He's accused of stealing items and Christmas gifts from two families and a church.
Police tracked the boys after finding their foot prints in the snow.
