NEW YORK (Reuters) - International Business Machines Corp <IBM.N> is in advanced talks to buy network security provider Fortinet Inc <FTNT.O>, Bloomberg reported on Friday.
Morgan Stanley <MS.N> is advising Fortinet, the news agency said, citing unnamed sources.
Fortinet, IBM and Morgan Stanley were not immediately available for comment after hours on Friday.
