WAUPACA, Wis. (WTAQ) - A Waupaca man faces three child enticement charges that could land him in prison for the rest of his life.

26-year-old Lee Larson is due in court May 31st on allegations that he had sex with a 16-year-old female co-worker three times while under state supervision since 2009.

Larson spent two years in prison for sexual assault a child in 2003 in Waupaca County. He faces life with no parole under the state’s “Two Strikes and You’re Out” law for child molesters.

Larsen was also convicted in 2005 of third-degree sexual assault in an adult case in Calumet County.

He has spent time at the Sand Ridge treatment center in Mauston, where he was committed as a sexually violent person.

Larson faces a total of 9 felony and misdemeanor charges in his new child enticement case. The other counts accuse him of having sex with a youngster under 16, and exposing himself to a child.
