FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WHBL-KFIZ) - Police in Fond du Lac say a suspect in the murder of his 33-year-old wife has a criminal history. Nicole Anderson was shot and killed at her home on the east side of Fond du Lac sometime over last weekend. Her family contacted police after she’d missed work for a few days and picking up her 11-year-old daughter at school.  Captain Steve Klein said  suspect in her murder is her 35-year-old husband Jason Anderson, who was taken into custody out-of-state late yesterday morning.  Klein says Anderson does have a criminal history.  He says the warrant for Anderson’s arrest was sent out nationwide, which helped lead to his capture.  Anderson was tracked through a credit card and arrested about 11 o'clock Wednesday morning in Birmingham, Alabama where his mother lives.
