HOLALND, MI (WHTC News) - A special study session by the board of the Holland Board of Public Works is this evening at the utility’s service center on Hastings Avenue. The panel is expected to formally begin the process of selecting the replacement for General Manager Loren Howard, who announced his resignation last month in order to accept a similar position with a power cooperative in southern Colorado near the New Mexico border. Howard plans to stay on until a successor is in place. The board is also reviewing a broadband business plan tonight.
