WATCH LIVE: Governor Snyder to unveil budget proposal at 11 A.M.

LANSING (WKZO) -- Gov. Rick Snyder is set to deliver budget plans today for the upcoming fiscal year which will take effect on Oct 1, 2012. Unlike last year, the Governor's proposal is not expected to contain drastic changes to taxes or include large spending cuts.
