KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The agenda and agenda packet for the Kalamazoo City Commission’s Regular Business Meeting on Monday, February 21, are now available at https://kalamazoomi.civicclerk.com/web/home.aspx.
PLEASE NOTE: the Kalamazoo City Commission is meeting in-person again.
- Properly worn masks by persons age 5 or older, that cover both an individual’s mouth and nose are required, regardless of the vaccination status, when attending a public meeting absent a sincerely held religious belief or to reasonably accommodate a person with a disability which prevents them from wearing a mask.
- Persons who do not or cannot wear a mask or fail to properly wear a mask must maintain a distance of at least 6’ from other persons attending the meeting who are not in the same household as the unmasked individual.
- Persons may temporarily remove their masks when addressing the public body.
- Any violation of these rules is considered a breach of peace occurring at the meeting and will result in the individual being required to leave the meeting until they elect to comply with these rules.
