BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Battle Creek man has been charged in connection with the death of a 51-year-old woman at the Cherry Hill Manor Apartment complex on Saturday, March 26.
50-year-old Jerry Clinton Harston was arraigned in Calhoun County District Court on Wednesday, March 30, on an open murder charge in the death Angela Kay Clear of Battle Creek. If convicted, he faces a maximum life sentence without the possibility of parole.
