Mike Shannon (12m-6a ET) has been in radio since the early ’80s, working his way up from stations at Northeastern University and Emerson College in my hometown of Boston, MA to his first professional gig at the city’s only commercial urban contemporary radio station. From there it was on to evenings and afternoons in Detroit until he finally realized his dream of working in New York City! Mike has been there since 1994, soaking up everything the big apple that life has to offer.
