Epiphany Radio Show
Sunday, 10am-10:30am
About the showThe Epiphany Radio Show, hosted by Deacon Louis Zemlick, every Sunday morning from 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. You will hear the Catholic Mass readings that are read around the world. Some are only found in Catholic bibles, including Old Testament books like 1 and 2 Macabees, Sirach, Wisdom, Tobit, Judith, Esther, and Baruch. You’ll hear what the Catholic church teaches, period, and current events within the church.
We Catholic Christians witness to the culture of the freedom, real freedom, of Jesus Christ. In real Holy Communion and real love, forgiveness, and sacrifice, and resurrection. We don’t apologize for being Catholic, and we witness to it, and our love for Jesus, Mary, and the saints who have gone before us.
We pray for everyone, love everyone, and forgive everyone. We do witness the truth of reason, faith, and life.
Deacon Louis Zemlick
Born and raised in Kalamazoo MI youngest son of 8 boys of Winnie & Larry, a printer and business person by trade. Married to my Lovely wife Anne and we have 5 grown children.
I was told to get sober by Anne in 1993 (best suggestion she ever made) and so began the journey of the second half of my life… Always and still going to Church and rediscovering the power of the sacrament of reconciliation.
Our Priest at the time Fr. Max C. asked me if I would be interested in becoming a Deacon. Wow, I was shocked! I thought, who me? A guy who didn’t graduate from college and goes to therapy 3 times a week? What would the Church want with me? I got my answer, and today I can say the same thing… What Jesus and the Church want from all of us is to WITNESS.
